Our restaurant's specialty! We use grilled dried bonito made with Takahashi's unique method, and the flavored oil is a special blend that maximizes the aroma of grilled bonito, also made with Takahashi's unique method. The noodles are custom-made in collaboration with a long-established noodle shop. You can enjoy the last drop by adding white rice to the remaining soup to make a rice tea dish.
This is a hearty bowl of grilled dried fish salt ramen topped with pork belly chashu, seasoned egg, and seaweed.
A sauce that luxuriously uses Sekigahara tamari soy sauce, bringing out the charm of soy sauce. You can enjoy the rich aroma of soy sauce that does not lose to the back fat. Adding white rice to the remaining soup and enjoying it like ochazuke will increase your satisfaction!
This dish features Takahashi's proud shoulder roast pork chashu, prepared in a refreshing style with the umami of bonito and sesame, finished in a Japanese style. The accompanying wasabi pairs well with it.
