The rice to finish off the meal is
Rice cooked with sea bream, bamboo shoots and rape blossoms🍚🌸.
The sea bream is charbroiled, then the meat is loosened and the bones are used to cook the broth 🐟✨.
The bamboo shoots are albacore bamboo shoots from Tsukahara, Kyoto 💕 top quality💓.
The takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with vegetables) is too delicious and full of rape blossoms 🥢.
The owner says he has an image that he wants to make takikomi-gohan with fish and vegetables in it, like a complete nutritional food like Chinese fried rice. 👨🍳🌟
It was really good✨I had 2 more bowls ✨🍚🍚 I ate too much! LOL!
The snapper meat was also very hunky and the bamboo shoots were good 😍.
This was my favorite takikomi gohan I've had in the spring 🌸
There were two desserts.
First, blood orange and walnut parfait🍊🥜.
And the caramel ice cream with wasanbon sugar🍨🥄.
I loved this so much on my first visit that I had 3 refills 🤤.
Thank you for everything, Kotaro and sommelier Arimi 😌.
I especially like Japanese food in autumn and winter rather than summer 💓🍁.

A hidden restaurant where you can enjoy the delicate flavors of Shinshu
Obuse Yoritsuki Ryori Kurabu Ginza is a hidden gem where you can savor traditional Shinshu flavors and fresh ingredients. The interior has a calm atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace. The signature takikomi gohan (seasoned rice) and fresh sashimi captivate visitors with their delicate tastes. This is a must-visit for those who want to experience flavorful cuisine.
The Michelin star is no joke. The number of apprentices has increased since my last visit, which makes me smile. The owner, Mr. Shimizu's tempura is irreplaceable. It is a once-a-year treat. It was delicious. Thank you very much.

Luxurious home-cooked meals that capture the essence of Japanese cuisine
Located in Higashi-Ginza, Hiroyuki is a renowned restaurant that offers creative Japanese cuisine, blending home-cooked dishes with the skills and sensibilities of artisans. In an intimate setting with only counter seating, you can enjoy each dish that reflects the season. The dishes served alongside local sake from Aichi Prefecture are elegantly delicious, allowing you to discover new charms of Japanese food. Each visit brings new surprises, making it a place to enjoy a truly special moment.
Wonderful.
Visited with family of 4
Booked the 12,000 yen course
What's included
Tofu
Various appetizers
Bonito
grilled dish
Beef cutlet
cooked rice
rice cracker
Sake lees ice cream
The food was wonderful without any complaints.
They were all very attentive and delicate.
The bonito, the restaurant's specialty, was especially good.
The texture was chewy and the taste was rich.
Also, I don't think there are many dishes that use sakekasu, but this time it was sakekasu ice cream.
The flavor of sakekasu stood out and was very delicious.
The service was courteous and attentive, explaining the dishes and answering our questions. The conversation was neither too short nor too long.
Everyone saw us off when we left. This is a restaurant that can be used with confidence for business entertainment. (This time we were in a private room for 4 people.)
We will use this restaurant again.
[Tokyo Tsukiji]
A genuine trattoria unique to Tsukiji, featuring seafood that reminds you of authentic Italy.
I visited for the first time, curious about its popularity, as it is always fully booked even on weekdays.
A la carte
◇ Fresh oysters
◇ Burrata cheese salad with prosciutto and Shine Muscat grapes
◇ Linguine in a pescatore style with shellfish and cherry tomatoes of the day
◇ Red sea bream in acqua pazza
The signature pescatore was delightfully spicy and incredibly delicious!
Each dish is well-seasoned and substantial, so I definitely want to come back with a larger group next time to share a variety of dishes.
A restaurant where you can enjoy Nodoguro (sea bream)
A restaurant specializing in nodoguro (throat grouper), which is now a booming business, has opened in Ginza!
It has been introduced on TV and in magazines, and reservations are already hard to come by (lol).
This time, I chose the throat tuna shabu shabu course.
Slices of sashimi are available in thin and thick slices.
I also enjoyed the grilled head and body.
I was quite satisfied!
I was able to enjoy such a high quality fish, and even though it was in Ginza, I was able to get change for 10,000 yen!
It's the best in terms of cost performance!
It can be used for dates and entertainment. The atmosphere is also very nice. Staffs are energetic and explain carefully.
I don't drink alcohol, but the potato shochu seems to be good.
I think it's a great restaurant that even connoisseurs would agree with!
Shabu-shabu restaurant in Ginza!
Each person has a separate hot pot so you can enjoy different kinds of hot pots.â
Shabu-shabu with seasonal vegetables and Yamagata pork
I had the shabushabu shabu shabu shabu with seasonal vegetables and Yamagata pork!
The set comes with a small bowl of cooked food, rice or noodles, and dessert!
The nabe is full of vegetables, making it a great choice for women! You can fill up your stomach in a healthy and handsome way!
And the dessert, apricot bean curd, is absolutely delicious! It is one of the most delicious desserts I've ever had, so I highly recommend you to try it.
Located just a few minutes' walk from Higashi-Ginza Station, Ginza Ichibun is a hidden gem that may be difficult to find at first due to the lack of a signboard, but it's definitely worth the search. The simple interior with an L-shaped counter is highlighted by the popular nigiri sushi made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients by the owner, Takeshi Ogawa. You can enjoy exquisite nigiri sushi that brings out the umami of the ingredients to the fullest from the extensive lineup. The omakase course, which focuses on quality ingredients, is also popular. Sushi enthusiasts should definitely pay a visit.
