20 ausgewählte Restaurants in Chuo-ku nach Empfehlung
Was ist Chuo-ku?: Chuo-ku offers a broad spectrum of flavors, from intimate sushi counters and kaiseki to contemporary bistros and global cuisines. Seasonal menus, polished service, and thoughtful plating often take center stage, while office towers sustain an active lunchtime rhythm. Evenings shift toward bars, wine-focused dining, and late-night ramen or yakitori alleys. Department-store food halls provide prepared dishes, sweets, and regional specialties for casual tasting and takeaway. The legacy of a historic waterfront market is often cited as an influence on today’s seafood craft, shaping details from tempura technique to sashimi selection. Many venues favor counter seating that highlights chef–guest interaction, and coursed meals are designed to showcase balance and seasonality. Whether planning a formal dinner or a quick stop between galleries and theaters, visitors may find experiences that blend tradition with urban polish.

Good. I think mobile ordering is convenient once you get used to it. I find it very innovative and convenient that the payment process (card payment) can also be completed entirely through mobile ordering.

[Tokyo Ginza]
It has been 5 years since the last restaurant visit, and this is my first time for dinner.
★ 5-2-1 Ginza, Chuo City, Tokyo, 11F Tokyu Plaza Ginza
★ 2,000 to 6,000 yen per person
A la carte
◇ Yellow pea dip + pita bread
◇ Greek salad
Feta-style cheese, cucumber, tomato, radish, olives
◇ Tuna marinade
Olive oil, lemon
◇ Roasted baby potatoes
Herbs, garlic
◇ Grilled sea bream
Broccoli, capers, mint
◇ Grilled Iwachu pork
Cabbage pickles, sesame yogurt
◇ Greek pie with feta cheese and wild vegetables
◇ Lemon pie Apollo style
With a la carte, there were some menu items that were hard to imagine just from the names, so I chose after much deliberation.
The Greek pie I added at the end was really delicious, and I felt like everything was a hit!
On weekday nights, it wasn't too crowded, but I think reservations are a must on weekends, so everyone should definitely try it.

A memorable dining experience spent at She Ino
Each dish is beautiful, that is already a given.
However, the cuisine at She Ino cannot be described simply with the words "beautiful" and "luxurious."
It is not pretentious, yet it feels familiar, as if you have tasted it somewhere before, but it is completely different.
The moment it enters your mouth,
"Ah, this is something I feel I understand yet do not understand,"
that quiet surprise was present with every dish.
The power of the ingredients, the way they are cooked, the layering of flavors, and the lingering aftertaste. Each element asserts itself without being overwhelming, yet everything leaves a proper impression.
It is not just that "it is delicious because it uses the best ingredients," but rather, the thought put into "how to handle them" is conveyed more and more as you continue to eat.
The flow of the entire course is truly beautiful, with no heaviness or strain, just a pleasant experience that carries you through to the end.
Before I realized it, my heart was filled even before I could analyze the flavors.
And then, the birthday dessert plate.
The beautiful flowers painted across the plate,
and the meticulous attention to detail in that one piece,
was so breathtaking that it left me speechless; it was not just a "presentation" but conveyed a warmth that celebrated a precious moment together.
What made that time even more special was the presence of Mr. Ito, the president.
While maintaining a dignified atmosphere, his occasional smile and subtle humor eased the tension of us first-time visitors without us even noticing. Just like the food, the care for the atmosphere itself was naturally conveyed.
And of course, it was not just Mr. Ito; the hospitality of all the staff was also impressive.
They never overstepped, yet they were attentive to our needs.
That balance and their smiles made the entire space soft and comfortable.
It is fitting for a special day, yet you can relax without feeling stiff.
Even days later, I find myself reminiscing about that time.
I definitely want to return,
that is how I feel about this place.

I was nervous about the high-class atmosphere of the restaurant, but both the waitstaff and the artisans were friendly and made me feel at ease. I enjoyed the luxury of being seated at the counter and being able to watch the craftsmen's techniques up close. The freshly fried tempura is not greasy and tastes great all the way through. I could feel the care and attention to detail in every dish, and I would like to go back again.
