Ich komme aus Kyushu, aber ich habe die Auswahl an Shochu sehr geschätzt.
Es gibt auch viele verschiedene Whiskys.
Die Zutaten für Okonomiyaki sind im Menü detailliert beschrieben, und die Toppings sind reichhaltig.
Die Portionen sind groß, daher empfehle ich, bei Unsicherheiten nach der Menge zu fragen. Das liegt daran, dass das Kochen Zeit in Anspruch nimmt.
Das Okonomiyaki hat sehr leckere Nudeln. Viele Zutaten sind nicht getrennt, sondern harmonisch vereint, und beim Essen fühlt man eine Einheit. Es wird sorgfältig und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Es ist eine Art von Okonomiyaki, die ich zum ersten Mal probiere.
Es gibt viele Beilagen, sodass man während der Wartezeit nicht gelangweilt ist. Es gibt auch viele Snacks.

It is a small shop with only a counter and tables, but it has the warmth of wood and is very comfortable. The appetizers are carefully prepared, and my expectations were raised with the first bite. The tempura has a light and fragrant batter, and the deep-fried long eggplant is particularly excellent, being crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. The sashimi and rolled omelet dishes are also gently seasoned, enhancing the flavors of the ingredients. There is a wide variety of sake that pairs perfectly with the dishes, and before I knew it, I was enjoying my drinks and having a great time.

Perhaps it was because I had been coming here since the restaurant first opened, but even so, they noticed me right away.
The noodles are the same as before, thick and flavorful with a nice crispiness.
The dipping sauce has a stronger flavor of Japanese Knotweed than when I used to go there, and the chicken has been weakened, leaving it thicker but also less tart.
The chashu pork is new, but it is tender, sweet, and delicious.
This is still my personal favorite tsukemen.
