When we visited after a long time, the course price had gone up and was about 40,000 yen for two drinks. The bill was about 2,000 yen higher than the bill of the person I went with, even though we had the same drinks, so it appears that the credit card companies are adding on the higher fees. And the food is good. And the food is good, and generally warm or hot. I thought back to the fact that this is what cooking is all about. The next reservation is already made for next January. This year I made reservations every three months, and last year I made one, but I didn't want to make reservations too far in advance, so I didn't make one for next year.

The other day #Yamazaki ② I visited Yamazaki, a Japanese restaurant in Nishi-Azabu. This is my first visit since last September! The owner, Mr. Yamazaki, seems to have opened the restaurant after 8 years of training at Akasaka "Morikawa", a Japanese restaurant that only accepts introductions! He also trained at Chiune! ⭐️Aji 9 . I was reminded again that it is still delicious. . It's a pity that it has become too difficult to go there when I want to go there. ⭐️Service 9 I talked with Mr. Yamazaki and he gave me a lot of advice, which I appreciated 😶. ⭐️Atmosphere 8 It's a calm atmosphere that I like, but it's a very nice space where I don't feel nervous! ⭐️COSPA 8 I think it didn't cost .30000/person. ⭐️Direction 7 I would definitely visit again! I don't see this place getting booked in less than a year. Young but serious Stoic, but with a nice smile every once in a while. Dishes prepared by such a chef! A wide range of flavors from gentle to strong. You will never get tired of eating his food. There are no dishes that look good on the outside, so.., I don't need it! I mean, there's a little bit of it. There are various styles of cooking, whether it is a run-away-from-the-front type or a late-phase catch-up type. Personally, I feel that the "run-away-from-the-front" style is more prevalent these days. But Mr. Yamazaki is a late-phase finisher! The first Ishigaki clams are thick, but not flashy. The moist heat makes it elastic and chewy. Ginkgo pondering! Give it a crisp. It's photogenic. I'll spare you the details on this one. Please taste it! Bowl of hairy crab. This is an exquisite dish. After a jab at the ginkgo nut from the shellfish, they give you a straight shot. This is where it really hits you. The sea bream is crispy and juicy! The only one I personally scored a 95! I think it's an individual difference, but the fish is losing out to the way it's cooked. I realized that individual differences in the recipient are also important! I'll go from here to the end at once. Specialty trionychid turtles (suppon) are awesome! Well water? The trionychid turtles are raised in well water and are farmed, but they have no smell at all and you really can't tell until you are told! This is the kind of restaurant where taste shines through Japanese cuisine @ Nishi-Azabu Mr. Yamazaki. Regular visit✨ Every time I go to this restaurant, there is something brand new. It's not just a standard restaurant, it's a one-of-a-kind place that can only be found at Yamazaki. An overwhelming sense of style that shines through in the simplicity of the food. It makes me want to eat Yamazaki's cuisine, not just Japanese food. I would rather recommend this place to those who have been eating all over the place. ☺️ I am sure you will enjoy the food. Yamazaki is getting better and better. It would not be an exaggeration to say that this is already one of Japan's leading Japanese restaurants. The eel, of course, but the evolution of the bowls is amazing. I thought Shirou-kun's humble attitude must have made the difference between what it was when it first opened and what it is now. If you want to be surprised and impressed by Japanese food and feel a new breath of life, this is the place for you @ Nishi-Azabu. A dinner party with my good friends ✨. It's been a while since I've seen Mr. Yamazaki. It's been a while since I've had matsutake mushrooms. The restaurant had received a Michelin star ⭐︎ and it was difficult to get a reservation 💦. But it can't be helped. It's delicious 🤣. On top of being delicious, it is new and surprising. I've been to many restaurants from 3-star ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ to Bib Gourmand to popular restaurants, but each dish that comes out at Yamazaki's, what a shot in the arm. In addition to the effort and quality ingredients characteristic of Japanese cuisine, the presentation also has a Western essence. The more you like to eat and are used to going here and there, the fresher and more exciting it looks 😃. The crab rice topped off with a visual ✨ that even looks like Spanish food. This is the kind of restaurant where you can feel the taste of Japanese food with flying colors @ Nishi-Azabu. Mr. Yamazaki. I have been going to this restaurant since it opened. The seasonal ingredients are usually the same at all the restaurants, so it is one of the pleasures of ☺️ to compare how he makes them appealing. Mr. Yamazaki's way of combining ingredients and presenting them in an appealing manner is outstanding. The thing that disappoints me the most when I go to various restaurants is that they serve exactly the same dishes as last year. Mr. Yamazaki's cuisine never does that, and even if it is the same dish, he always updates the details to make it even more wonderful. He has an inquisitive and flexible mind, and the swordfish spring rolls with lemon sauce served this time was an approach not taken in other Japanese cuisines. Mr. Yamazaki's unique and sophisticated taste shines through. Everything on this day was at the level of a winner. I'm always amazed every time 😆✨. I am very happy to have met you. Japanese cuisine where tradition and evolution intersect can be enjoyed at this restaurant @ Nishiazabu Mr. Yamazaki. It had been about 6 months since my last visit, but Mr. Yamazaki's overwhelming sense of style was still alive and well 😆✨ I had been here at the same time last year, and the seasonal eel and suppon-yaki, a specialty of the restaurant since its opening, were both updated and even more delicious than last year😊 Of particular note were the steamed rice and taro stem I had completely forgotten about it. I had completely forgotten that General Yamazaki is from "Morikawa". The addition of his own sense of taste quickly transformed a dish that could be said to be his roots into a refined taste. He is indeed a master. It is a restaurant that always surprises and impresses me. ☺️ I am sure you will be surprised and impressed every time you go to this restaurant. If you want to go a few steps beyond deliciousness, this is the place to go @ Nishiazabu. Mr. Yamazaki. How would Mr. Yamazaki describe the winter delicacies such as crab, anglerfish, and pufferfish? I was excited even before I started eating. Mr. Yamazaki's cuisine is unconventional, but not too innovative, and each dish is a delightful surprise and a sensation. This time, too, it was truly wonderful😍. I would rather go to a restaurant because of Mr. Yamazaki's cooking than because of the extravagance of the ingredients.
