전통적인 고급 요리점답게 차분한 분위기가 느껴지며, 세심한 손길이 느껴집니다. 기모노를 입은 직원들이 정중하게 응대해 주어 편안하게 쉴 수 있습니다. 향이 풍부한 은어 훈제 요리가 전채로 나와서 저절로 미소가 지어집니다. 호박과 쥰사이로 만든 국물은 국물 맛이 잘 우러나고 부드러운 식감입니다. 흰새우 회와 여름 채소 튀김도 각각의 맛이 확실히 전달됩니다. 송이버섯 도빈찜과 은어 소금구이까지 즐길 수 있어 계절감을 가득 느낄 수 있는 잔치를 맛볼 수 있습니다.
