La volta scorsa ho utilizzato il ristorante con un amico e tutto ciò che abbiamo ordinato era delizioso, quindi questa volta ho invitato mio marito a venire. Anche il tonno dell'antipasto e il katsuo erano squisiti, e mio marito, che ama il pesce, era molto soddisfatto. La frittura di sgombro è stata gentilmente divisa a metà senza che noi lo chiedessimo, il che è stato molto apprezzato. Tornerò di nuovo.

Ci sono tavoli e un'atmosfera pulita e tranquilla dove si può mangiare con calma.
Sono rimasto sorpreso dalla varietà di cocktail analcolici, alcolici, sour e altre bevande alcoliche, tutte molto eleganti.
Sono originario del Kyushu, ma ho notato una cura nella selezione di shochu.
Ci sono anche molte varietà di whisky.
Il menu spiega dettagliatamente gli ingredienti per l'okonomiyaki, con molte opzioni di guarnizione.
Le porzioni sono abbondanti, quindi consiglio di chiedere informazioni sulle quantità se si è indecisi. Questo perché ci vuole tempo per cuocere.
L'okonomiyaki ha una pasta davvero deliziosa. Gli ingredienti non si separano, ma si amalgamano, e quando lo mangi si percepisce un'armonia. È preparato con grande cura. È un tipo di okonomiyaki che non avevo mai provato prima.
Ci sono molti piatti laterali, quindi non ci si annoia durante l'attesa. Ci sono anche molti stuzzichini.

Located in a quiet place like a hideaway, there is a calm space that unfolds as you go down the stairs. It is a small shop with only a counter and tables, but it has the warmth of wood and is very comfortable. The appetizers are carefully prepared, and my expectations were raised with the first bite. The tempura has a light and fragrant batter, and the deep-fried long eggplant is particularly excellent, being crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. The sashimi and rolled omelet dishes are also gently seasoned, enhancing the flavors of the ingredients. There is a wide variety of sake that pairs perfectly with the dishes, and before I knew it, I was enjoying my drinks and having a great time.

When you sit at the counter, the stove ignites right in front of you, raising your expectations. The first serving of raw lamb had no distinctive smell, and I was surprised by how tender it was. Various cuts such as shoulder loin, rump, and tongue were prepared, allowing us to enjoy different levels of doneness. When paired with mountain wasabi and a special sauce, the umami flavor was further enhanced, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. Grilling vegetables in lamb fat made them fragrant and perfect for beer. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lively, and the staff were friendly, allowing us to enjoy our time until the very end.

Seven Colors Chashu Chashu Tsuke-Soba
It had been a long time since my last visit.
Perhaps it was because I had been coming here since the restaurant first opened, but even so, they noticed me right away.
The noodles are the same as before, thick and flavorful with a nice crispiness.
The dipping sauce has a stronger flavor of Japanese Knotweed than when I used to go there, and the chicken has been weakened, leaving it thicker but also less tart.
The chashu pork is new, but it is tender, sweet, and delicious.
This is still my personal favorite tsukemen.
