The way to eat it was written in the corner of the menu, and I followed that while eating. As for the taste, it was very delicious. The sauce from Hodumi-tei, which is also sold in bottles at the shop, was incredibly tasty and matched perfectly with the egg and tai. I couldn't help but buy two bottles on my way back. If I have the opportunity to visit again, I would definitely like to stop by.
