My favorite here is the king's Mont Blanc, which has a moderate sweetness and a rich flavor. The chestnut inside is fluffy, and when combined with the fresh cream, it melts in your mouth very pleasantly. The meringue at the bottom is crispy, making the texture change enjoyable. I also like the bitter coffee syrup that comes with the tiramisu, as the balance of sweetness and bitterness is just right. The quality of the cake is high, and it's my favorite shop in Fussa.
