Yasuke

Yasuke's sushi uses seasonal natural ingredients that align with the changing seasons, crafted as if listening closely to the voice of the ingredients. While cherishing traditional techniques, the belief is to maximize the harmony of flavor, aroma, and texture by incorporating new ideas. The meticulous work embedded in each piece creates a clean taste and lingering aftertaste, leading to an experience that remains in the heart even after the meal.

The exterior exudes a sense of luxury, while the interior offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It features a diverse seating arrangement, accommodating various scenes with counter seats, sunken kotatsu seating, and table seats. In private rooms, guests can enjoy a private kaiseki dining experience through reservations, with carefully selected tableware enhancing the flavors of the dishes.

Yasuke was founded in the 13th year of the Showa era. With roots in the land of Osaka, we have continued to preserve our unchanging deliciousness with the skills and pride passed down through three generations. While respecting tradition, we have taken on new challenges, carving our path as a sushi restaurant loved by many customers not only from the local area but also from afar. Without resting on the laurels of being awarded the Bronze in the Tabelog Award 2023, we will continue to sincerely face each piece of sushi and deliver memorable dishes.

Born in 1957 in Osaka Prefecture, he is the third generation of the traditional sushi restaurant 'Yasuke', which was founded in the 13th year of the Showa era. After graduating from university, he trained at the kaiseki restaurant 'Gion Kawakami' in Kyoto, and returned to the family business to continuously refine his skills. At the age of 40, he became the owner and continues to provide high-quality sushi in a friendly atmosphere while preserving the inherited traditions.
