What is Japan?: Japan’s dining scene is often described as a dialogue between seasons, craftsmanship, and regional identity. From sushi, tempura, and kaiseki to ramen, yakitori, and wagashi, menus tend to highlight clarity of flavor and careful presentation. Travelers may notice distinct local styles: Hokkaido’s seafood, Tohoku’s comfort stews, Tokyo’s soba and modern interpretations, Kansai’s okonomiyaki and kushikatsu, Shikoku’s udon, Kyushu’s tonkotsu ramen, and Okinawa’s island influences. Many venues emphasize dashi, fermented seasonings such as miso and soy sauce, and precise knife work. A tradition linked to tea ceremony hospitality is said to shape the understated service and attention to detail found in many dining rooms. Street-side counters, casual izakaya, and refined multicourse experiences coexist, encouraging spontaneous tastings and planned outings alike. Seasonal specials, chef’s selections, and collaborative pop-ups appear in various neighborhoods, suggesting a food culture that balances heritage with ongoing creativity.

This is a very popular restaurant where the next customers are waiting outside. The reason is that the meat is delicious and tender. They explain the cooking methods and how to eat, and they also recommend what to try today, so I am very satisfied. They even let you know when the restroom is available, showing their thoughtfulness, and despite being busy, I am pleased with the staff's service. With that quality of meat at this price! I definitely recommend it. It was also convenient as it is just a short distance from Minami-Morimachi Station. Thank you for the meal.
As expected of a popular restaurant. A very popular yakiniku restaurant with good quality meat and cosy atmosphere.
I wanted to eat Yakiniku with the members of my company, and that was Manryo, so it was Manryo anniversary.
.
As expected of such a popular restaurant, it was always full. We were lucky to be able to make a reservation.
The turnover was fast, and the next group was always coming in even after we finished eating.
.
We started with a toast with wine! The bottles are surprisingly reasonable, and if everyone's tastes match, it might be a good deal!
Namul platter came and we had a good time.
.
Rare steak with yukke.
Super rare meat appeared! This is delicious!
It was gone in an instant when we were all pecking at it lol.
.
Raw tongue sashimi.
This luxurious dish was made using only the original part of the tongue of Japanese black beef, and the delicate flavor melted in your mouth. Delicious.
.
The shabu-yaki 20-second loin is a sight to behold!
I counted 20 seconds while grilling.
.
Juuu,,, Yes! Dip it in egg and crunch!
Very tasty. The sweetness of the egg is also exquisite.
.
We also had the standard loin and ribs and finished with a full stomach!
I want to go back!
Thanks for the food!

Now only 6 Manryo-san stores @Honmachi | Delicious food and happiness♪
Eh? What? There's a new restaurant in Honmachi? As someone who has conquered all of their restaurants, why didn't I know that they had opened?
The location is about a 5-minute walk northeast of Honmachi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line! So there will be 6 branches until it is closed.
To our surprise, all orders are taken on this tablet!
If there were three floors from the first basement to the third floor, it would be a lot of work just to go up and down.
Cheers! I'm glad they have this size bottle instead of a full bottle! Once your throat is moistened, you're ready to eat meat!
If you think the paper apron is very long, it has the explanation of the sauce and the meat on it!
Special thick-sliced salted tongue: 1,580 yen I like the tongue to be thick! This tongue is pink and very beautiful! If you grill it on all sides, it is very juicy!
Mizore Negi-Shio 1,150YenThere are plenty of green onions, grated daikon radish, and thinly sliced tongue. It's like, "How do you grill this?
Just grill the surface of the tang quickly and you're good to go.
Rare steak with yukaye flavor: 900 yen This is also a must order when you come to a yakiniku restaurant!
Ichibo Roast 1100yenThis is the most popular part of the meat these days, the ichibo buttocks, and it is very tasty.
Shabu-yaki 20-second loin: 1,150 yen
I forgot to take a picture of the meat, so here is a picture of on-the-rice.
Grill a slice of loin for 20 seconds, then dip it in egg and eat!
I always order the grilled shabu-shabu, too, no matter where I go!
And rice is a must!
Together, we are happy, happy, happy!
■Loin 850 yen
Good meat quality!
When you grill it, it's so tender!
Halami 780 yen
It's a good quality jalami, and very tender.
Personally, I prefer the unique texture of the meat...
Figs on a journey 500 yen
This is the first fig liqueur I've ever tasted!
I tried it with soda.
The figs are rich and refreshing with soda!
It's been a long time since I've been to Manryo (I had lunch at the main restaurant...)
A definite place to enjoy tasty meat at a reasonable price in Osaka Yakiniku!
The thick sauce makes the rice go down with the meat!
On this day, too, the price was an astonishingly low 4,000 yen per person!
I'm very impressed!
Every once in a while, I come back to my roots!
Thank you for the food!

Thank you again for a time that not only did not disappoint, but allowed me to surrender myself to your care without worry.
I don't come here because the food is good; I come here because I know I will be satisfied.
Negi-shio tang at Nihonbashi
As always, the first bite of this dish changes the atmosphere.
The fragrance, the coolness of the green onion, and the perfection of the saltiness are still there, and I reconfirmed that it is still a symbol of this restaurant.
Ichibo Roast
It is brilliant that the flavor of the lean meat can be brought out so elegantly.
The lightness of the meat, with its aroma spreading as you bite into it, without any heaviness from the fat, impresses me no matter how many times I eat it.
Genshu Kalbi
The tenderness that melts in your mouth and the sweetness of the meat itself.
The reason why it is called "fantastic" was obvious to me this time as well.
I found myself thinking about adding more.
Bibimbap (bibimbap)
A sure-fire and stable choice to end the meal.
The savory roasted rice and deep flavors are still fresh even after the sixth time.
Corn tea
Thank goodness it is free.
It allows you to focus your wallet on the meat.
■ Customer service
The same politeness and a good sense of distance even in the midst of a busy schedule.
The casual attentiveness is pleasant and gives you a sense of "stability" just like the food.
The food, the service, and the space are all of a high level, which makes you want to visit again and again.
I am already looking forward to my next visit.
