Sea urchin is incredibly delicious. The smell I thought was the unique odor of sea urchin seems to be due to processing, and here they send fresh sea urchin caught that day directly, so it doesn't have any strange smell without processing. It was so much more delicious than any sea urchin I've eaten before. Other seafood dishes were also delicious. There was a wide variety of alcoholic beverages as well.

We went to a popular tonkatsu restaurant that opened in January this year.
One of the main attractions of this restaurant is the "Tonkatsu Eating Comparison Course" (3,500 yen, tax included). I was told that there are parts of tonkatsu rarely seen in tonkatsu, so I paid a visit right away.

The first time I ate shikinbo, it looked almost like filet.
However, I was surprised to find that the texture and taste were completely different!
Tontoro is fatty when eaten at a yakiniku restaurant, but it is surprisingly easy to eat when eaten with tonkatsu. The ribeye and loin were as delicious as you would expect.
The restaurant has only counter seating with two kinds of sauces, two kinds of salt, and olive oil. And on the way to the restaurant, the owner offers truffle salt, so I think it is better to eat as the waiter recommends.
My companion was very satisfied not only with the delicious food but also with the clean restaurant and courteous service (^o^)
The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant, allowing for a comfortable experience from start to finish. The Kobe beef, regardless of the cut, has a sweet fat and umami that spreads with each bite. The yolk of the yukhoe is rich, adding a creaminess that makes it the best. The namul and kimchi are diverse, and just having these makes me happy. The beef broth soup and cold noodles are also rich, and the care put into each dish is evident. The explanations of the meat are easy to understand, and I was able to enjoy a special time.

Lunch girls' night out. It was delicious and fun! The appetizer platter was elaborate and the handmade pasta was delicious, but my favorite was the zabaione for dessert! I would definitely eat this again! I will definitely return.

A corner of the restaurant area on the first basement floor of Don Quijote.

Last time we couldn't get in without a reservation, but now, perhaps due to the current situation, we were able to get in without a reservation.
We sat at the counter and enjoyed watching the okonomiyaki being cooked.
First, a glass of Premol. Then, oysters were boiled as a side dish.
