Enjoy the finest Edomae Sushi while relaxing and letting the time pass you by. We purchase fish from the Seto Inland Sea every day. The warm rice melts in your mouth. Enjoy the fresh seafood made from seasonal ingredients, including omakase nigiri, kobachi (small bowls of cooked food), and bowls of rice, while feeling the bright blue ocean through the noren curtain.

The combination of ingredients from Awaji Island and Toyosu was both unique and classic, and was very tasty and enjoyable.
The char-grilled swordfish, sushi with Japanese mustard, and steamed egg custard like Japanese onion gratin soup were especially good.
The nigiri was amazingly delicious red meat and marinated Spanish mackerel, and the tuna was excellent. The handiwork of turning 7 snacks and 13 nigiri in 1 hour and 40 minutes was also excellent.

Sushi Shunpei opened on December 7!
The restaurant is located in the alley from Motomachi shopping street toward Nankinmachi.
