We had planned to have an adults-only dinner, but my daughter and grandchildren decided to come, so we had to dine in a private room. I called the restaurant 5 times at 10 p.m. but could not get through. I was skeptical because the restaurant was not open, but I received an email at 10:30am saying that I had made a reservation, and when I checked with the restaurant, the reservation had been made! Maybe it was just a coincidence that I was free on a weekday, but it was easy to get a reservation!

Heiko Ramen
Ramen noodles with pork bone and dried fish soup. It's delicious. I get tired of regular tonkotsu ramen, but when it's made with niboshi, I can enjoy it all the way through. The chashu pork was also my favorite type of pork. It was also very cool that the restaurant was located after passing through the rows of cherry trees. I want to try tsukemen sometime..!
