Excellent udon overflowing with originality
If "Tetsuya" is the pinnacle of orthodox udon, this is the place for originality (; ・・`д・´) I am addicted to "Japanese Carbonara" which is limited to a few servings a day! There is a shared parking lot next to the restaurant. When I arrived a few minutes before opening, the owner carefully checked the entrance area...and at exactly 11:00, the curtain appeared. The feeling is also a gentle taste. The bacon is thickly sliced and hot! And to top it off, a small amount of rice was added to the risotto, which was seared over a burner (๑-̀ㅂ́)و✧ Even with this much food, I was still feeling like I had enough for a full meal! It is no wonder that this restaurant has been selected as one of the 100 best restaurants, and recently, stewed udon noodles have also appeared on the menu.
