Lunch Party with Delicious Tempura
MyLevi invited me to a lunch party.
The restaurant is a counter only

The owner's special dressing is made by steaming egg whites and mixing them with sesame seeds and vinegar.
No oil is used, so it is refreshing!

Rare inside, cooked part and raw part, two different textures to enjoy!
Shiitake mushroom
Very juicy, thick and delicious!
It made me want to drink a bottle of wine...so we filled up a bottle and toasted together!

The portion was a bit large, so we had one piece of kakiage cut into three pieces to share!
