A ramen restaurant with a ryotei-style atmosphere
I've been curious about this popular restaurant for a long time, but I've never been able to go there. When I passed through the curtain, there were two people waiting in front of the entrance (థ公థ.) The entrance was littered with customers' shoes since shoes are not allowed to be walked on! The soup was light, but surprisingly thick... The noodles were firm and straight, and there were a few people who ordered replacement balls. There were many female customers. I would have liked to have pepper, vinegar, and other seasonings, but they don't seem to have them. Personally, I would like to try Kyoto's black shichimi, which I think would be a good match! I would definitely like to visit again.
