가게에 들어서면 직원이 밝게 맞아주어서 금방 편안해질 수 있습니다. 손으로 만든 생 파스타는 쫄깃하고 탄력이 있으며, 특히 트러플 향이 퍼지는 한 접시는 잊을 수 없는 맛입니다. 전채로 나오는 샐러드는 집에서 만든 드레싱이 상큼하고, 다채로운 채소의 단맛을 돋보이게 합니다. 치즈 리조또와 가리비, 제철 채소의 페페론치노도 정성스럽게 만들어져 재료의 맛이 가득 담겨 있습니다. 집에서 만든 빵을 수프에 담그면 부드러운 채소의 풍미가 어우러져 손이 멈추지 않게 됩니다. 이시가키섬 올리브 오일 스파이스나 뼈가 붙은 오리 콩피 등, 한 가지의 변화를 준 라인업으로 마지막까지 기대하며 즐길 수 있었습니다.
