호텔 안에 있는 가게로, 커튼을 통과해 아래로 내려가는 연출에 기분이 좋아진다. 엘리베이터로도 갈 수 있어 이동이 편리하다. 새로 단장한 가게 안은 조명이 차분하고 일본식 분위기에 세련미가 느껴진다. 칸막이가 잘 되어 있어 주변을 신경 쓰지 않고 여유로운 시간을 보낼 수 있다. 점심 정식은 고기 또는 생선을 선택할 수 있으며, 인기가 없어질 수도 있다. 튀김 소바도 깔끔한 맛으로 새우, 키스, 가지, 시시토우와 함께 소바는 부드럽게 먹기 편하다.
