This dish features Hokkaido-grown tiger beans that have been simmered for three days, mixed into a chewy rice cake made with egg, and finished with a dusting of soybean flour. The sweetness of the tiger beans, the chewy texture of the rice cake, and the elegant aroma of the soybean flour combine to create a delightful treat that can be enjoyed year-round.

To achieve a smooth texture and just the right firmness, we uniquely blend rice flour. The dumplings are freshly made every morning, grilled to a fragrant finish, and served with our special sauce upon order. Since the sauce can cause the dumplings to harden over time, we prepare them one skewer at a time to ensure you can enjoy their fresh deliciousness.
