Kurobuta Tonkatsu Horiichi

The tonkatsu is wrapped in coarse bread crumbs and fried crispy in rice oil, giving it an exquisite flavor. The menu offers a variety of tonkatsu, including filet, loin, and both filet and loin, which can also be ordered separately. The rice that complements the tonkatsu is "Aikawa Komachi" from Akita Prefecture, and the miso used in the pork miso soup is homemade by the master's mother.

It will open on April 1, 2021. The restaurant offers only Kurobuta pork from Kagoshima Prefecture, including two types, including a seasonal "Special Selection. The "Tokusen" is a rare breed of pork produced by high-quality producers such as Okubo Pig Farm in Kimotsuki Town, Kagoshima Prefecture, and Watanabe Berkshire Farm in Kirishima City, Japan. The difference in taste is obvious: the former has sweet fat, while the latter's lean meat is boar-grade.
