Noda] Nabe Revolution. Warm yourself from the inside out with spicy and healthy grass nabe - "Kusa-nabe Enya
What is Kusa-nabe? Many people may wonder, "What is Kusa-nabe? The restaurant, which has many branches in Osaka Prefecture, including Tenjinbashi and Noda, was established 17.8 years ago, centering on the original restaurant in Sakai. The owner of the original restaurant, who says he loves green vegetables, arrived at the current flavor after repeated trial and error. I have visited the restaurant several times and have found it to be a truly addictive new flavor experience.

Dishes
Kusa-nabe (grass hot pot) 2,200 yen per person
I had seen this dish in a photograph, but the actual dish had a huge impact on me. Spinach, qinggengcai, lettuce, and more. The dish starts with a heaping heap of vegetables, which are then thrown into the pot. When the water boils and the vegetables begin to wilt, it's a go sign. The spicy, salty broth had an indescribable flavor, and I wanted to know how it was seasoned, but was told, "It's a trade secret! I was told. I could confirm the yuzu pepper and white sesame seeds, but could not find out the rest. It was my first experience with this flavor, and I was very curious. I was worried that I would get bored with this amount of food. But my fears were unfounded. No matter how much you eat, you will never get tired of it; in fact, it will become addictive and you will get addicted to it. It is also delicious with sesame and yuzu kosho (Japanese citrus pepper) added to your liking.
Three kinds of meat
Beef, pork, and chicken are served in the same pot.
The meat is cooked like shabu-shabu in a pot infused with the flavor of vegetables (the chicken is cooked slowly) and served with a dipping sauce containing a raw egg. It tastes like mizutaki ✖︎ sukiyaki. It is an unforgettable dish that offers a new gastronomic experience, even though the meat is not of the highest quality.
Butter Ramen for Shime
Butter is added to the dashi broth. The spicy and sweet flavors intertwine perfectly, making this dish delicious as well. The total amount of vegetables, meat, and ramen is only about 1,250 Kcal per serving, which is surprisingly healthy. It is a magical dish that fulfills the extravagant wish of "I want to eat until the end of the night, but I don't want to gain weight...".
Ingredients
The restaurant uses an abundance of vegetables such as potherb mustard, komatsuna, daikon radish leaves, and white leaves. The menu may change depending on the season, but the restaurant offers a wide variety of vegetables throughout the year. The restaurant also offers a mail-order service, and the "Kusa-nabe Set" containing vegetables, meat, soup, etc. can be purchased online. The restaurant is now open to the public, and is a great place to enjoy a meal in the comfort of your own home. ⇨http://gansoenya.com/tuhan.html
Budget
9,071 yen (per 3 people)
The price of ¥2,200 per person, including noodles, is astonishingly low; even for one person, it's a lot of food that you'd have to be a very big eater to eat. 1.5 servings for 3 people is enough to fill you up. The total price for the three of us, including alcohol, was ¥9,071, and when the master saw our astonishment at the low price, she said, "It's charity! (laugh). (Laughs)." We were too satisfied with this price for this quality of food.
Impressions
The taste and price are revolutionary, and for ¥3,000 per person, you can enjoy a full meal of excellent nabe. Many people think of nabe dishes such as motsunabe and mizutaki, but Kusanabe is a unique nabe restaurant in Osaka. The at-home atmosphere and the warm space created by the cheerful female master will make you want to go back again. The taste is good, the cost is good, and the atmosphere is good. We hope you will visit Kusanabe.

The all-you-can-eat prosciutto was a repeat order, but I knew I was not in the mood to eat alone, so I had to order it at a meeting with a colleague. The first plate was sufficient and satisfying. By the recommendation of the food keeper, I had the carpaccio, a dish that was a feast for the eyes. At the end of the meal, we thanked the owner's wife for her homemade cake "tiramisu" when we left. It is worth repeating, and I would like to visit this restaurant again.

A heartwarming izakaya where you can enjoy yakitori and exquisite dishes
Tsuki no Akari is an izakaya where you can savor yakitori grilled slowly over charcoal, along with fresh beef hormone skewers, paired with the shochu 'Tsuki no Akari.' The yakitori, made from freshly sourced chicken, offers a rich variety, including rare cuts, all perfectly grilled. Enjoy a relaxing time with family and friends in a calm and spacious setting.
It was a small counter-only shop right near Hanshin Noda Station, and from the moment I sat down, I was enveloped in the scent of wood, which lifted my spirits. The omakase progressed at a good pace, and the variety from appetizers to sushi was exciting and never-ending. The rice made from Akita Komachi had a pleasant acidity from the amber vinegar, making it a perfect match for all the toppings. The plump shrimp, the rich tuna, and the moist and tender eel each offered a delightful difference in texture and aroma with every piece. The chef's attention to detail was meticulous, and I appreciated how he adjusted the size of the rice or changed it to sashimi according to my eating pace and preferences. Even though the portions were generous until the end, I didn't feel weighed down, and by the time I left the shop, I was naturally smiling.
As soon as you enter the restaurant, the aroma of spices wafts through the air, creating a sense of excitement. You can choose your preferred type of curry, such as shrimp or chickpeas, and adjust the spiciness to your liking, making it your own. The naan, generously topped with gooey cheese, is substantial in size and remains chewy until the end. There is a variety of naan available, including butter and honey, which makes you want to try them all. The salads, tandoori chicken, and shish kebabs are also generously portioned, ensuring complete satisfaction. There is even a service where you can choose draft beer, and I was able to enjoy a happy time, finishing off with ice cream.
