The pasta in the first picture was delicious, chewy and full of flavor ✨.
Mirin and Italian. I don't associate mirin with Italy, but the chef's technique made it a very natural fusion, and everything was delicious ✨✨ The appetizer was a panna cotta with hekinan onions, and the way he used the vegetables was wonderful! The meat was Misuji meat with Mirin sauce.
Desserts were mirin ice cream, mirin cheesecake, and strawberry tart 🍓🥧 Tea was Houjicha from Nishio.
The tea sweets are Mirin Sweet Potato Kempachi ← naturally sweet without any sugary sweetness. ✨It is also available in the souvenir corner!
