Il y avait beaucoup de choix de boissons, et les plats étaient délicieux... j'ai passé un moment heureux !
La friture de maquereau était particulièrement exquise ✨ en ajoutant la sauce tartare maison, la saveur était encore plus intense.
Cela avec de la bière est un délice.
Le personnel était également exceptionnel, et c'est devenu mon restaurant préféré.

Il y a des tables et une ambiance propre et calme pour manger.
J'ai été surpris par la variété de cocktails sans alcool, d'alcools, de sour et d'autres boissons alcoolisées, qui sont à la fois abondantes et élégantes.
Je viens de Kyushu, mais j'ai ressenti un souci du détail dans la sélection de shōchū.
Il y a aussi beaucoup de types de whisky.
Le menu explique en détail les ingrédients de l'okonomiyaki, et il y a beaucoup de garnitures.
Les portions sont généreuses, donc je recommande de demander des conseils sur la quantité si vous hésitez. C'est parce que cela prend du temps à cuire.
L'okonomiyaki a des nouilles qui sont vraiment délicieuses. Les nombreux ingrédients ne se mélangent pas, mais restent bien ensemble, et en le mangeant, on ressent une unité. C'est préparé avec soin et patience. C'est un type d'okonomiyaki que je n'avais jamais mangé auparavant.
Il y a beaucoup de plats d'accompagnement, donc vous ne serez pas ennuyé pendant le temps d'attente. Il y a aussi beaucoup de collations.

It is a small shop with only a counter and tables, but it has the warmth of wood and is very comfortable. The appetizers are carefully prepared, and my expectations were raised with the first bite. The tempura has a light and fragrant batter, and the deep-fried long eggplant is particularly excellent, being crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. The sashimi and rolled omelet dishes are also gently seasoned, enhancing the flavors of the ingredients. There is a wide variety of sake that pairs perfectly with the dishes, and before I knew it, I was enjoying my drinks and having a great time.

When you sit at the counter, the stove ignites right in front of you, raising your expectations. The first serving of raw lamb had no distinctive smell, and I was surprised by how tender it was. Various cuts such as shoulder loin, rump, and tongue were prepared, allowing us to enjoy different levels of doneness. When paired with mountain wasabi and a special sauce, the umami flavor was further enhanced, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. Grilling vegetables in lamb fat made them fragrant and perfect for beer. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lively, and the staff were friendly, allowing us to enjoy our time until the very end.

It had been a long time since my last visit.
Perhaps it was because I had been coming here since the restaurant first opened, but even so, they noticed me right away.
The noodles are the same as before, thick and flavorful with a nice crispiness.
The dipping sauce has a stronger flavor of Japanese Knotweed than when I used to go there, and the chicken has been weakened, leaving it thicker but also less tart.
The chashu pork is new, but it is tender, sweet, and delicious.
This is still my personal favorite tsukemen.
