Wagyu Matsushita-san offers two restaurants, one on Hondori and the other on Kamidori, where you can enjoy grilled, sukiyaki and shabu-shabu meat of the highest quality.
I saw on their instagram that they have opened a lunch shop! I wondered if they had anything to do in Shinchi. I wondered if I had any errands to do in Shinchi, but I was lucky that I had an errand to go there!
Take off your shoes at the entrance and enter the restaurant. There are tables with kotatsu, counter seats, and private rooms!
Lunch menu: ・Limited 5 orders: Takumi Roast Beef Bowl (1,500 yen), Wagyu Lean Steak Bowl (1,800 yen), Wagyu Grilled Beef Lunch (1,500 yen), Wagyu Matsushita Luxury Lunch Kaiseki (3,500 yen)! I'm really interested in the lunch course, but I'm also interested in the limited edition... Okay! Takumi Roast Beef Bowl, limited to 5 servings, 1,500 yen! Thank goodness - I'm lucky - Thank you, God of Meat! What a nice and spectacular view! The quality of the meat at Meat Mountain Matsushita-san is excellent, and even before you eat it, you know it's going to be delicious!
The meat with just the right amount of sashi (graininess) was fine and moist, and the roast beef sauce went well with both the meat and the rice.
The rolling rice was irresistible!

Yakiniku Sakon Umeda is a new establishment where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat Japanese black beef. They use carefully selected domestic beef with confidence in its quality and flavor. Seasonal vegetables and desserts are also provided, and you won't want to miss the new menu items for each season. The diverse menu catered towards families and the buffet-style yakiniku are the highlights.

With that comment from a friend whose birthday was coming up soon, another friend chose this restaurant as the second restaurant for her birthday party.
Kitashinchi. There were fewer people than usual, and as I was walking along, wondering if it was a recharging period for tomorrow's weekend, I saw a curtain on the first floor of a small building.
From the outside, the restaurant is very stylish and I sense a sense of style.
When I finally entered the restaurant, I found that there were only seven counter seats in the restaurant, giving it a live atmosphere.
Reservations are made in two parts, and this time I attended the second part.
First, a hand towel was placed on the table and we got started.
I was very excited and nervous with anticipation.
Corn mousse
The corn mousse was topped with dashi broth and swordtip squid,
The dashi broth and squid on top were accented with chopped radish.
Other ingredients included white corn called "Snow Fairy" and Junna (Junnae) from Akita Prefecture,

The natural sweetness from the corn alone was very tasty, and the salty broth was a perfect match.

Both the meat and pasta were very delicious, and as everyone says, the bread is incredibly tasty! The special butter to go with the bread was also amazing! The only downside is that the table seating is limited to 90 minutes (although there may be a wait at times), which feels a bit short.
