This is a hidden gem located in a quiet place near the city hall, in a standalone house. The interior has a calm atmosphere with a touch of Japanese style, and it feels more spacious than it looks. We were quickly shown to our seats. The course includes salad, appetizers, a choice of main dishes, and drinks, creating a pleasant flow. The foie gras appetizer is smooth, and the black pork pâté and marinated salmon are also rich in flavor. The aroma of the bread was delightful, and I was happy to be offered a refill. The beef cheek is tender and falls apart easily, pairing excellently with the sauce, and the eggplant and wagyu bolognese had a strong roasted flavor and umami.
