We take pride in our dishes made with fresh seafood, especially the sashimi and the marinated raw shirasu, which are very popular. This place features a calm atmosphere that is more than an izakaya but less than a kaiseki restaurant. Opened on January 26, 2024, in Shizuoka City. By offering fresh seafood and sake, we aim to be a beloved presence for the local people. This newly started restaurant is bringing a fresh breeze to the local food culture.
