Opened on September 18, 2023, in front of Akita Station. A chef who trained locally has become independent and is newly promoting Akita's sushi culture. It is located on the site of the Japanese restaurant 'Hanagasumi' and is attracting attention as a new landmark in the area. It aims to be loved by the local people with a new style.

After training at Sushi Master Akita, he became independent and opened a restaurant in front of Akita Station. He offers sushi that utilizes local ingredients and is a chef whose future growth is anticipated. He inherits the skills and spirit of Master Sasaki and pursues his own unique style. While valuing the local food culture, he continues to take on new challenges.
