当我走上螺旋形的楼梯打开门时，温暖的木质空间展现在眼前。从吧台座位可以仔细观察到厨师的工作，光是这种现场感就让人兴奋不已。与鹿儿岛相关的土鸡和黑猪肉菜肴香气四溢，让我不禁停下了筷子。松软的出汁卷蛋和大颗的蚕豆等精致的前菜也毫不马虎，令人欣喜。满满鲜味的炸鸡外脆内嫩，似乎可以吃个不停。在安静的吧台上慢慢品味着稀有的日本酒，度过了一段令人放松的时光。
