I was very impressed with each and every dish of the elegant tempura!
I was really thinking of bringing this place to the number of 600!
But...my usual junior staff couldn't make it due to a series of schedule changes (~_~~;)
June, my junior's birthday!
What do you want to eat? She replied, "Tempura! and she replied, "Tempura!
I remembered this place before looking for a good place to eat!
I remember there is a Michelin-starred tempura restaurant in Esaka.
Tempura! but my junior said she had a very weak stomach...
She says she has a stomach ache as soon as she eats oily food...
Here, there's not so much, and the ingredients are good!
I want to go there too...lol...I've decided to go here!
I called 3 weeks in advance to make a reservation!
They open at 11:30, but they are already full at 11:30...
I made an appointment for 1:30 p.m., and they said they would call me as soon as they had an opening.
The restaurant is tucked away in a residential area.
If you don't look carefully, you might pass by it, and even though I live nearby, I didn't know about it.
For lunch, there are two courses: a mini tempura course for 2,800 yen and omakase tempura kaiseki for 5,800 yen.
We chose the mini tempura course!
This course includes an appetizer, an appetizer, 6 kinds of tempura, vinegared dish, red miso soup, white rice, simmered baby sardines, pickles, and dessert.
The difference of 5,800 yen is that sashimi and grilled fish are added, and there are more kinds of tempura!
First of all, appetizers and starters are carefully prepared, refreshing and delicious!
From left to right, Mexican seaweed salt, Nagasaki kelp salt, and Mongolian rock salt.
Salt is totally different♪
It was nice to enjoy a variety!
Corn: Gold Rush from Tokushima, very sweet and impressive!
Snow crab in summer. The meat is fluffy, sweet and delicious!
Awaji smelt I've never had a smelt with such plump meat!
Tokushima lotus root and Hokkaido sole! The lotus root has a firm fiber, and the fava beans are also very tasty!
The ayu fish from Lake Biwa is beautifully deep-fried and has a delicious bitter taste!
Sesame Tofu The texture of the outer arare and the sesame tofu inside is interestingly firmer!
Asparagus from Shinshu Sweet! Anyway, it is sweet!
Scallops Scallops are also thick and half-raw inside! They are also sweet and delicious! No pictures...
Naruto Kintoki: It's so sweet! I didn't know there was such a sweet Naruto Kintoki! I'm so impressed!
I was told there were 6 items, but there were more than that, so I was very satisfied!
And rice, red miso soup and pickles!
The rice is so delicious! So sparkling and slightly sweet!
The chirimen is also very elegant and a perfect accompaniment to the rice♪
Dessert is mango sorbet over coconut milk!
This, too, is insanely delicious!
The mango is not weirdly sweet, but it's also kind of dense~!
I was left impressed until the very end!
All of them were so delicious!
The owner casually participated in my conversation with my junior, which was really fun!
For lunch, a reasonable course is enough to satisfy me, and I am very satisfied!
Sorry for the lengthy review.
Sometimes you just want to have a relaxing lunch!
I have wanted to visit this restaurant since it was relocated from Ibukiyama to Esaka!
It's been 4 years since then・・・・, but I finally paid a visit!
The location is north of Toyotsu Nishi Junior High School in Suita City.
It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Esaka station.
The store is located in a quiet residential area rather than the bustling area around the station.
Inside the restaurant, there is a counter and tables.
The lighting is dimmed, so it may be a little dark. It is a little dark.
but I think it fits the atmosphere of the restaurant very well.
The lunch menu here is "Stu Brunch
Appetizer, bread, stub, drink 1,650 yen
It is nice to be able to choose an appetizer and main stub from the menu!
The appetizer is
Onion and bacon quiche
Poached chicken breast with basil sauce
Pumpkin Potage and Salad
I chose the onion and bacon quiche
The salad was refreshing with a sour dressing.
The quiche is crispy and crunchy on the outside and crispy on the inside.
The inside of the quiche was smooth and delicious!
It was my favorite quiche!
The bread was potato bread!
I had received this bread from a friend before.
It was so soft and delicious!
They warm it up when serving, which makes it even more delicious!
Stubu, the main course!
Poiret of fresh fish with spring cabbage and ratatouille
French duck and pork belly in vegetable soup
We decided to share the meal with our friends!
I had the vegetable soup as my main dish!
The pork belly is so tender that you don't even need a knife!
On the other hand, you can enjoy the good elasticity and different texture of the duck!
The vegetable soup, which extracted the flavor of the vegetables and the meat, was superb!
It was so delicious!
My friend's poiret was also fluffy white fish!
The sweetness of spring cabbage and the acidity of ratatouille!
It's delicious too!
Drinks: coffee, tea and orange juice
I chose tea, but I will have sweets as well, right?
There are so many varieties to choose from, it's very confusing!
Latte Cotta with Strawberry Compote, Black Tea Jelly, 430 yen
La France compote with white wine jus and yogurt sorbet 540 yen
Profiteroles (small banana puff ice cream) with chocolate sauce 430 yen
Homemade Baked Marron Tart 640 yen
Ibuki Milk Vanilla Ice Cream 190 yen
Hey, you can't decide which one to choose, can you?
After much agonizing, I decided on the latte cotta! My friend had the marron tart!
Latte Cotta is made from milk!
Major panna cotta is made from fresh cream!
That's why it's so refreshing and smooth!
No wonder it goes well with black tea jelly!
Your friend's tart is well baked!
I like this type of tart!
I'm so happy to have a very fulfilling lunch!
It is better to come here when you have time rather than during lunch time!
I like Stubu cuisine, so this was right up my alley!
There is also a counter, so you can come alone!
I will come here alone when I want to eat!
I was satisfied with the restaurant I finally went to!
In the green...
There is a facility called Amenity Esaka
When I was a kid, I used to go there a lot because of the food stalls.
By the way, Amenity Esaka is
Golf, indoor tennis, batting center, wedding hall
Sculpture Museum, Midori-en, Le Jardin, Canobiano Annex
and Canobiano Annex.
There is also a dedicated bus service from Esaka, so it is very convenient!
This time, I visited Canobiano Annex among them!
I got a 5,000 yen lunch course for 3,000 yen at Japan Restaurant Week 2014 Summer!
The restaurant is located next to a wedding hall and has a nice glass wall!
Unfortunately, the weather was not so good.
It would be more beautiful on a sunny day.
The interior of the restaurant has a very spacious seating arrangement, which is very comfortable.
The view of the greenery makes me feel at home.
I don't know about at night, but I think the dress code is fine for lunch as long as you take care of the bare minimum!
Before I introduce the course menu, I lost the data I had written down...
I almost lost the name of the dish!
It's just as I remember it.
The course changes every month, and is composed of the seasonal ingredients of the month!
Sea Urchin and Eggplant with Jellied Sea Urchin and Eggplant
A cool dish perfect for summer!
The eggplant, sea urchin, and soup stock jus underneath is very tasty!
Lime Soda
With a refreshing lime soda.
Non-alcoholic cocktails were also available, so even those who can't drink can enjoy it!
Chilled Pasta with Sweet Shrimp
Tomato-based chilled pasta wrapped with shrimp and salmon on top!
The pasta is thin and the sauce is refreshing!
The pasta is wrapped in a fine pasta wrapper.
Prosciutto ham and fresh vegetables!
I forgot where the prosciutto ham came from!
but it was very moist and tasty without any smell!
When you turn it over, you will find a lot of vegetables!
The simple taste of olive oil allows you to really taste the ingredients of the vegetables!
The bread!
I wonder where the bread is from...
I didn't think it was particularly tasty! I didn't think so!
Hamo no Yaki Frosted Hamo in Soup!
The grilled hamo (hamo conger) was so delicious!
I personally prefer lightly roasted hamo (hamo)!
The soup was so tender that it seemed to soak into your body!
This was the most delicious dish of the day!
Pasta with abalone and liver sauce!
You can tell it's so delicious that it needs no explanation!
It was delicious when I had it at Trattoria Pappa, but
The use of the liver sauce was indescribably delicious!
The abalone is also tender and exquisite!
Sauteed Iberico pork with lemon
We could choose the main course, and we went with the Iberico pork!
The fat is sweet and not at all cloying!
Of course, I served it with Tasmanian mustard.
My friend had the Ezo Deer, which was tender and tasty without any smell!
Peach dessert
You can also choose your dessert!
There were 5 desserts using seasonal ingredients!
I had a dessert using peaches, which are in season in August!
Peach cool and very sweet!
I think it was soft cream with custard cream.
It was also not sweet, but a cream with a strong egg flavor!
It was delicious to the last!
We had a small pastry and a cup of tea
There are many flavors of tea to choose from, and you can smell the aroma as you choose!
I chose the tea with apple flavor.
The customer service was pleasant and smart, but not formal.
I wonder if they are wedding staff?
I didn't know there was such a nice place in Amenity~!
This place is so close and I can go there right away!
I would definitely like to revisit again!
