The restaurant was small and had a nice atmosphere. The food was satisfying as it utilized local ingredients. I would like to use this restaurant again.
The restaurant is a regular Japanese restaurant with tatami rooms and tables. The menu includes various local dishes of oysters other than yagou no yaki. I heard that oyster rice is recommended, so I ordered it. It was a set of oyster rice, miso soup and pickles. The oyster rice had five large oysters on a bed of rice. The flavor was locked in and the oysters were soft, fluffy and delicious.
When you come to Miyajima, Hiroshima
Ana Gohan《Ueno
It's even better than expected ‼️😋✨
The sauce is not too sweet, not too thick, and you can really taste the conger eel!
The conger eel is resilient and the flavor spreads in your mouth with every bite,
The rice is cooked just the way you like it 🌾.
My impression of anago-meshi has changed ✨✨.
This is also where I wanted to go 🥺‼️ I was curious about Anae Gohan, but I really wanted to enjoy oysters! So we went to the "Oyster Restaurant" ✨.
I wanted to try the "Special Oyster Set Meal" (?). I was worried about whether they had it or not, but they still had it and we both got the special oyster set meal.
We also ordered two oysters au gratin.
The menu consisted of oyster rice, oyster tsukudani (food boiled in soy sauce), oyster red miso soup (?), oyster in oil (?) and oyster gratin (?). Oyster in oil (?), fried oyster, salad, and oyster gratin. fried oysters, salad, and grilled oysters.
It's all about oysters!
The set meal for oyster lovers 🥺🥺✨ The fried oysters are bigger than the regular oyster set meal.
I think I've never had oysters this big before! And they are so juicy and delicious! Hot and juicy and totally delicious even without tartar 🥺‼️ you should rather eat them without any tartar and enjoy the true taste of the oyster! I thought 😳
The salad also tasted like the dressing tasted like oysters----- The oyster rice had just the right amount of rice and was seasoned just enough to bring out the flavor of the oysters. The oysters are also very plump and great👍.
I've never had tsukudani or oil marinated before, but it was delicious!
The oysters in the gratin were as big as the fried oysters and even better when combined with the rich béchamel sauce and cheese!
It was the best lunch I've ever had.
The price was a little over 2,600 yen, but it was delicious, so I have no complaints! LOL!
I want to go back to eat there 🤤 I recommend this restaurant for oyster lovers. 🙆♀️🙆♀️
I visited the restaurant after making a reservation for lunch with a friend. It was a course meal and all the dishes were elaborate and delicious. I especially enjoyed the rice with swordfish and asparagus. The lightly char-grilled swordfish was savory, and the asparagus had a gentle sweetness. It was a very nice dish with a sense of the season.
