붉은 등불이 늘어선 외관으로, 쉽게 들어갈 수 있는 분위기입니다. 그물 대신 냄비 같은 접시를 사용하여 가운데에 물을 넣고 채소를 삶을 수 있는 점이 흥미롭습니다. 여기서는 소스 없이 소금 맛(몇 가지는 된장)으로 그대로 맛볼 수 있는 것이 신선합니다. 하라미와 호르몬이 매우 좋고, 난코츠와 기아라, 코테츠도 감칠맛이 느껴집니다. 센마이 회도 인상적이며, 식감이 즐겁습니다. 잎에 고기를 올리고 깻잎과 파, 특제 소스로 싸는 세트도 재미있고, 음료와도 잘 어울립니다.
