It's been a year since I've been to Ryota. I went last year and enjoyed the food so much that I made reservations again this year! I'm a driver, so I'll drink a non-alcoholic toast. Maitake and asparagus fritters! The fritters were so crispy you could hear the crunchy sound when you bite into them, and the vegetables inside were juicy and so delicious! Miso Katsu with White Miso Sauce The miso cutlet is not the standard sweet red miso, but a salty and refreshing white miso that goes well with sake. Mozzarella cheese and honey pizza Thin crust with lots of cheese and honey. The balance of cheese and honey is just right! Tomato cream spa with sea urchin Rich cream with a lot of sea urchin. The shape of the sea urchin is still there. On this day, we were seated at the counter and had a full view of the kitchen! The aroma of each dish made me want to eat it so much, but I had to hold back because I didn't want to miss the main dish, the peach parfait... The main dish, peach parfait!
