Germany/Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir)/Medium body☆The harmony of red fruits and subtle tannins is remarkable. You can feel the sweetness of the fruit more than in Burgundy's Pinot Noir, and it has a soft and easy-to-drink style.
Spain/Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha/Medium body☆Aging is done in stainless steel tanks and barrels (only Garnacha) for about 4 months. It has elements of fresh red fruits mixed with slightly ripe berry fruits.
Italy/Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon/Petit Verdot/Medium body☆It has a concentrated and firm flavor with a sense of clay, making it perfect for meat. It is very fresh, with berry aromas and fruitiness.
Moldova / Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon ☆ Soft and supple fruit flavor, smooth mouthfeel, with tannins and acidity beautifully harmonized.
Italy/Primitivo/Full-bodied☆Rich aromas of dark berries reminiscent of cassis, with elements of coconut and licorice. It has a generous body, with velvety tannins and wonderful acidity supporting the whole.
Italy/Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon/Full-bodied☆Aroma of morello cherry and ripe blackberry, along with hints of coffee, tobacco, and licorice. The mouthfeel is rounded, and the rich tannins provide structure to the wine.
Italy / Nebbiolo / Full-bodied ☆ It has nuances similar to the unique Sardinian Amarone with dried grape characteristics. It has a rich, concentrated flavor and a natural fruitiness and fullness inherent to the grapes.
France / Pinot Noir / Full-bodied ☆ Elegant and soft on the palate. This is a bottle that expresses the greatest characteristics of Pinot Noir.
France/Syrah 50%, Grenache 40%, Mourvèdre 10%/Full-bodied☆A special cuvée selected from the best plots in the vineyard and the finest tanks. Aromas of black cherry, plum, raspberry, roasted spices, and wild herbs. Very supple tannins feel pleasant.

Germany / Morio Muscat / slightly sweet ☆ A refreshing and slightly sweet white wine with a rich aroma reminiscent of muscat grapes. On the palate, the flavor of elderflower is strongly felt, and it is very clean and fresh. A subtle sweetness permeates very pleasantly.
Italy/Veneto/Dry☆The harvested grapes are gently pressed and fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. It has a pale yellow hue with greenish tones and an elegant and rich aroma reminiscent of small flowers.
Spain / Verdejo / Dry ☆ Fresh and rich aromas of white flowers and tropical fruits spread out. It has a wonderful concentration, and the first sip fills the mouth with flavors of juicy apple and pear.
Moldova/Riesling/dry☆The Riesling has a floral and fresh character, while also providing a solid fruitiness.
Italy/Vermentino/Dry☆Very fresh with flavors of white fruits.
Italy/Verdicchio/dry☆Aroma of green apple and lime blossom, with a hint of herbs and anise seed.

France/Chardonnay/dry☆Aromas reminiscent of citrus and tropical fruits mixed with mineral elements. A pure taste, this dry white wine pairs well with a variety of dishes.
France/Pecorino/dry☆Rich with concentration, it has nuances of roast and minerals derived from the barrel, with a long finish that feels slightly salty.
Italy/Spelgora/Dry☆A native variety cultivated in Scandiano for a long time, Spelgora. It has a refined aroma reminiscent of white flowers, green apples, and white peaches. It is lively and fresh, with a very balanced taste.
Italy / Glera / Dry ☆ Refined with creamy bubbles. Fresh, clean, with aromas reminiscent of Renetta apples and lychee. On the palate, it is smooth and lively, with balanced fruitiness.
Italy/Chardonnay, Pinot Nero/Dry☆The aroma is very fruity, with yellow fruits, apricot, and notes of bread, cookies, and honey. On the palate, it is very fresh, with a mineral saltiness and sufficient acidity. Made with the same bottle fermentation as Champagne! The long aging period of 60 months is also surprising.
Served with freshly shaved Parmigiano cheese.
