The skill and attention to detail of the owner, Hiroyuki Kawashima, makes this restaurant a rare place to enjoy authentic nigirizushi in Nara Prefecture.
I used it for the first time. As expected, it was a lovely atmosphere where I could relax comfortably, and the food was very delicious. There were many people lined up who had not made a reservation, so I would like to make a reservation next time and use the cafe as well.

Ho potuto godere fino in fondo. Vorrei sicuramente tornare. Grazie per il pasto.

A heartwarming space that masters Japanese cuisine
Warakushin Kashihara Jingu is a healing place that pursues the deliciousness of traditional Japanese cuisine. Upon entering, you are greeted by a large tank, and fresh squid dishes are highly recommended. The dishes made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients are all exquisite plates that are worth a visit.
This was my first visit, but the French food was so good that my fears were dispelled. The lunch set menu was reasonably priced, and I ordered the steak set. The overall flavor is consistent from the appetizer, soup, steak meat and sauce, and dessert. The homemade bread was delicious and the homemade desserts were wonderful. We were very pleased with the atmosphere and the service was relaxed and comfortable. I would like to revisit.
Okonomiyaki wa Koko Yanen Kashihara Jingu Mae is a popular spot for enjoying okonomiyaki and monja. The batter made with yam is light and fluffy, and the okonomiyaki is particularly exquisite. The distinctive sweet and spicy sauce on the yakisoba and the salt-flavored Kyoto-style monja are also well-received. Loved by locals, this comfortable space offers a diverse menu where you can savor their specialty flour-based dishes.
Kashihara Mikazuki was, of course, my first experience of Harami Yukke. It was meh-much better than I expected. I had the lowest priced salted tongue and the halami, which were also half as good as I expected. What about the higher ranked menu items? What about their top-ranked menu? And when grilled over charcoal on the shichirin (charcoal charcoal grills), it tastes even better with the sense of event. It is far from my home, but I wanted to go back on my way home. I can still feel the lingering taste. This is what deliciousness means, isn't it? Thank you for the delicious meat.
I started with a platter of five types of sashimi and began to feel the deliciousness of this restaurant! The rare cuts in the one-bite series were served hot, and it was a refreshing experience with dishes that truly showcased the flavor of chicken, which you can't find elsewhere! Overall, everything I ate received high praise! I tried a new cut called 'tori techan,' which is different from beef techan but had a similar taste! I highly recommend it! There were some cuts that were sold out and I couldn't try, but next time I definitely want to enjoy the rare cuts and mizutaki! Along with some sake.
Perhaps due to the snowy weather resembling a blizzard, there were few customers, allowing for a relaxed experience. I was looking forward to the limited edition strawberry parfait, available only 10 times a day. The staff member brought the parfait while wearing a strawberry hat, which added a special touch. The volume was amazing, with a whole pack of strawberries included! Inside, there was kuzu pudding and soft serve ice cream, creating a delicious texture similar to panna cotta.
I had a plate lunch, and it was very delicious. The atmosphere was also nice, and since customers kept coming in, I felt like I had to leave quickly after finishing my meal.
