Essendo un ristorante popolare, ci sono state molte volte in cui non era possibile prenotare lo stesso giorno, ma questa volta è andata bene all'ultimo momento. Il delizioso yakitori con salsa di specialità di Ueda era squisito. Lo yakitori stesso era delizioso. Ho ordinato anche un assortimento di sashimi, ma il tonnetto spesso era ben grasso e buono.
