20 migliori ristoranti Cake per raccomandazione a Hyogo
Che cosa è Hyogo?: Hyogo stretches from the Seto Inland Sea to the Sea of Japan, creating a dining landscape where coastal harvests meet mountain produce. Diners often encounter specialties such as Kobe beef and Tajima beef, bream and octopus from Akashi, small fish from the Inland Sea, and crab from the northern coast. Sake brewing in the Nada area, Tamba black beans, and noodle traditions in Harima add further depth to the pantry. The port history of Kobe introduced international influences, shaping a local love for yoshoku, bakeries, and coffee culture that sits comfortably alongside classic washoku. Seasonal menus, teppan-driven cooking, and seafood counters appear across cities, towns, and hot-spring resorts, encouraging relaxed, ingredient‑focused meals. Whether seeking refined courses or casual bites, the prefecture offers a spectrum of styles that reflects its varied geography and long-standing exchange with the world.
Che cosa è Cake?: From classic slices to celebratory centerpieces, cake offers a spectrum of textures and flavors that appeals to many dessert lovers. Cake-focused shops and cafés typically showcase glass cases filled with sponge-based shortcakes, dense chocolate tortes, airy chiffon, silky cheesecakes, and layered mousse creations. Techniques range from whisking genoise to a fine crumb, soaking layers with syrup, and finishing with buttercream or whipped cream, to glazing with glossy ganache or fruit gelée. Seasonal fruits, nuts, and chocolates appear in thoughtful pairings, while piped decorations and precise frosting add visual drama. Guests may choose a slice to enjoy with coffee or tea, order whole cakes for occasions, or explore limited-time flavors that highlight local ingredients. Some places offer tasting flights or petite entremets, inviting easy comparison of styles. Whether you prefer rich and decadent or light and delicate, this category tends to provide a welcoming path into the world of pastry.

We had two to share: ☺️
I was going to choose two at a time.
but I found out that three of them were my favorites.
I was surprised to find out that three of the cakes were the ones I wanted.
The sweetness was elegant and everything was delicious. ❤️
I could have eaten more, but it was before my workout, so I held back: ☺️
Poche de Rêve means pocket of dreams, and we visited it in combination with Patisserie Plan. We were very pleased with the combination of rum raisin and white chocolaty mousse and the crispiness of the pie tart with sweet apples. The baked goods are also highly recommended, and the Italian pistachio paste financier and the hazelnut rice flour financier are excellent. I always wander into Ashiya to find a nostalgic store and hope to visit again.

Oyama Wonderland♪
2015,11
Of course! When you come to Koyama, you have to buy Koyama Rolls to go home!
Made a reservation the day before and bought it safely!
There is a reservation calendar on the website, but it is marked "x" early on holidays and weekends!
On weekdays, it seems to be possible to make a reservation the day before.
If you have a reservation, please go to the gift salon next to the store.
High-class approach. This way of entertaining is also one of the most popular.
I haven't eaten Koyama rolls in a very long time!
It's so soft and fluffy when you touch it with your fingers!
I don't know any other cake rolls with such soft dough!
I guess the fact that they use the outside of the baking pan is a sign of their confidence!
And cream, a little custard, and finely cut chestnuts!
Very sweet and moderate, too moderate and I feel like I want something more...
But this is delicious!
I felt it was a roll cake for the dough, something different from ordinary roll cakes!
Since I bought the roll cake, I gave up buying other cakes
There were so many delicious looking ones!
I don't come here often, so it was too much!
I'll have them take me there again!

When your neighbors go to Sanda to play golf...
They always buy souvenirs at Koyama-san!
This time, I got Oyama cheese.
The box is as beautifully designed as ever...
Each one is individually wrapped.
Souffle type, very smooth and moist!
They have a blend of French kiri cheese and fresh Hokkaido cheese!
I used dessert wine as a secret ingredient...
But there was no alcoholic flavor at all!
It's refreshing and light with the freshness of the cheese.
Even those who don't like cheese can enjoy it!
The Koyama series does not disappoint!
Did you know? Koyama naming snacks!
Koyama Rolls, Koyama Pudding, and Koyama Cheese!
The names of Escoyama's specialties always have "Koyama" at the beginning.
This is a proof of quality that the chef is proud to recommend to you.
Oh! It's true that all Koyama's are delicious!
Oh~ I haven't been able to visit the restaurant very often, so I want to go back to Koyama Wonderland!

The Oyama booth at the Valentine's Day sales area is here every year!
This year, too, I found something that caught my eye, so I bought this one.
It was a cacao baum - raspberry!
All of Koyama-san's baum come in a book-shaped box like this!
Koyama-san does such neat things in this way, too!
At any rate, this baumkuchen is very refreshing.
The aroma of raspberry escapes from my nose!
It is moist and irresistible!
No matter which one you eat, Koyama-san, it's always delicious. It's amazing!
I wish I could go back to Oyama Wonderland!

The day was the day of Doric Wonderland!
Unfortunately, it was postponed due to a typhoon, and we decided to go there in a hurry on the day of the event.
We decided to go to Sanda Premium Outlets.
But when I think of Sanda, I think of Mr. Koyama!
I never had such an opportunity! So I asked my partner to take me here!
The first thing that surprised me when I arrived was the size of the property!
The parking lot is huge, and the whole place looks like Koyama Land!
After buying bread at S Boulanger, I got in line here.
I think there were about 20 people in line.
Of course, Koyama rolls are sold out on Sunday evening!
It's exciting to gradually enter the store from the outside!
I was so excited that I bought this and that.
S. Chiffon Madagascar vanilla 1,575 yen
When we were waiting in line, they told us that there were only two Koyama chiffons left!
We had no choice but to buy it!

Even the box to put them in is elaborate - I'm impressed!
It's so smooth too!
It's not too sweet, and the sweetness of the taro is also nice.
Roll Cake
When I was looking at fresh cakes, I found a product that decorates roll cakes!
I'm sure it's a cut version of the Koyama Rolls...(^^)
I didn't ask the shopkeeper, but I think I'm right!
The dough is moist and the cream is rich!
It's so delicious!
The dough is really delicious!
Chestnut short 399 yen
My partner ate this one.
My partner, who loves chestnuts, was surprised at the taste!
This is a popular restaurant after all!
All of the flavors are really delicious, and they are very particular about them!
If I lived in Sanda, I'd probably go there every day!
Now, I have to go shopping at the outlet mall!

Hankyu Department Store, 10th floor...
At the Valentine's Day Chocolate Expo, chocolates by the famous Koyama-san of Sanda were on sale!
I was trying to decide which one to buy for myself, but I decided on this one right away!
Only Koyama-san's place was partitioned off like a booth.
I looked at a variety of items, but I was drawn to this one because I like white chocolate!
A square truffle!
Creamy, as the description says... ♪
Ahhhh, so elegant!
It is stored in the refrigerator, so it is hard at first? It's a bit hard at first.
but when it melts in your mouth, it is very good!
The aroma of cheese escapes from my nose...
I'm beaten! ・・・・・・
This is worth the trip to Sanda!
