I visited on February 23, 2025. Despite it being my first visit, there was a handwritten card with the reservation name, which pleasantly surprised me with unexpected hospitality. Not only great ingredients but also great personality of the owner! This is a great restaurant, not only for the wonderful ingredients, but also for the personality of the owner. I became friends with the person sitting next to me, and we even greeted each other seasonally. If you want fresh and delicious Japanese food, this is the place to go. Smoking is not allowed during evening meal times, so you can enjoy your meal without worrying about that. I would like to visit this restaurant again when I visit Aomori.
