This proud dish, simmered slowly in Morita's red miso, boasts a repeat rate of over 90%, and pairs exceptionally well with sake and shochu. Enjoy it while it's hot, mixing various ingredients generously with the secret red miso! Adding mustard or chili powder enhances the flavor even more!
