Niu Katsu Kioto Katsu Ushi Dotonbori Nakaza Kuidaore Biru Ten

As a specialty restaurant of Kyoto Katsu Gyu brand beef cutlets, we offer beef cutlets with a medium-rare finish. Using carefully selected beef, the lineup ranges from the standard beef cutlet set to the top menu items using Japanese black beef. The menu consists of multiple sauces such as tare (sauce), shio (salt), and dashi shoyu (soup stock and soy sauce), allowing customers to enjoy changing the flavor.

Located on the second floor of the Nakaza Kuidaore Building, it overlooks the bustling Dotonbori area. It is a modern and friendly space with table and counter seating, incorporating Japanese umbrella motif wall art and subdued lighting. The atmosphere is also suitable for tourists visiting the area.

The grand opening was held on March 26, 2025. It was opened in conjunction with the full renovation of the Nakaza Kuidaore Building and is positioned as a new base for the Kyoto Katsu Gyu brand in the Namba and Dotonbori area.
