With a pleasant texture, the flavor spreads gently with each bite. This proud dish features Hinai jidori chicken thigh meat mixed with other parts, allowing you to experience a deep richness. The flavor is adjusted solely with salt to bring out the sweetness of the meat. You can enjoy a profound taste within its simplicity.
An original skewer wrapped in thick skin featuring the crispiness of chicken skin and the tenderness of breast meat, allowing you to enjoy both at the same time. You can savor the direct umami and elasticity that is truly 'Hinai Jidori'. Since it is a rare cut, it is recommended to order early when you want to eat it.

The rich flavor of the broth permeates the rice in this 'Hinai Jidori Takikomi Rice.' It uses neck meat and wings that are rich and juicy. By cooking it with broth made from bonito, it has a light texture while still allowing you to fully enjoy the unique taste of Hinai Jidori. *Takeout is also available for souvenirs.
