It feels like a very splendid old folk house, like my grandmother's place. After enjoying the giant rock somen (thin noodles) flowing, we went inside to savor the charcoal-grilled dishes. The grilled chicken is so delicious with just salt that I could eat it infinitely. The rice balls and the hooba miso are all very tasty as well. The cost performance is good, and the children seem very satisfied. Next time, I will go in winter to have soba (buckwheat noodles).
The shaved ice with whole strawberries (second photo), even with condensed milk on it, was refreshing and I ate it in no time.
If it was a very hot day, I could eat about 3 bowls of shaved ice.

In the tranquil space of an old folk house, you can relax while gazing at the spacious garden. There are shichirin (small charcoal grills) and irori (traditional sunken hearths) at the seats, making it enjoyable to slowly grill local chicken over charcoal. The flavors of the thigh, skin, and heart are rich, with a good texture that is both resilient and easy to bite through. The homemade miso sauce pairs perfectly with the fragrant charcoal-grilled dishes, making it hard to stop eating. The chicken sashimi and liver sashimi are also fresh, bringing a smile to your face. There are homemade konnyaku, agedashi tofu, hand-made soba noodles, and miso rice balls, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavors of the region.

In a calm Japanese space, you can spend time leisurely while gazing at the garden. The carp sashimi pairs well with the vinegar miso, and the flesh is firm without any unpleasant smell. The ankake (starchy sauce) has a gentle flavor that makes you want to keep eating. The fried dishes are crispy, and since the bones are sturdy, you can enjoy the flavor while being cautious. The carp soup served in a bowl size is infused with ginger, providing a sense of satisfaction. The staff's attentiveness is also meticulous, and since it is popular, making a reservation is recommended.
