Cheap and delicious

I was particularly impressed by the wide variety of horse sashimi parts and the delicious charcoal-grilled scallops. The level of creative cuisine is also high, and I was particularly surprised by the completely different tastes of the horse sashimi, depending on the part. The seasoning of the dishes was also exquisite, and although lightly seasoned, the richness and broth could be felt. I would have liked to see a little more effort put into the food, but despite the high price, it is a wonderful restaurant and I would like to revisit.

We had a delicious meal here. The appetizers of sardine oil sardine and small shrimp fritters were elaborately prepared and delicious. The cod and beef cheeks and cheese platter were also irresistible, especially the wash type. I was told that they are aged here. The carbonara at the end of the meal was really delicious. I thought it was a wonderful meal and paired well with the homemade pancetta.
