Upon entering, the atmosphere is calm, and the interior is very clean. The staff is kind and makes you feel at ease. Every dish has great flavor, and the creative plates are exciting. The tonkotsu omurice and the chicken karaage with plenty of pickled ginger particularly stood out to me. The portions are generous, and by the time I finished eating, I was very satisfied. There are many intriguing menu items, and it's fun to try various dishes.

The food was truly delicious, and we were all very impressed that we could enjoy this grade of meat for such a reasonable price. On the way home, we were talking about what we would like to try next, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. We visited with a small child, and the staff was very kind and attentive to our child with heartwarming message cards. The only thing that disappointed me was that the group next to us was a bit noisy, and there were several instances of food and chopsticks flying at us due to some rough behavior. I myself love Yakiniku with alcohol and often take my subordinates there. It is not hard to understand why people enjoy themselves and go wild, but... I may be a little hesitant to warn people in an enjoyable atmosphere, but I wish they would pay more attention to this aspect as well.

At a cute trailer house just a short walk from the station, I feel relieved by the kindness of the staff who greet you at the door. Inside, there are counter seats and table seats, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The dishes are said to utilize carefully selected ingredients from Gunma and Hitachi without relying on chemical seasonings. The signature dish, dried fish, features mackerel and red fish that are fragrant and tender, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. In the rice bowl, the mild sweetness of salmon roe and the elegant fat of medium fatty tuna overlap, while the aroma of seaweed further enhances the appetite. Even the small dishes like offal stew and clam soup are meticulously prepared, leaving me completely satisfied until the end.
