The salt liver and the moon-viewing tsukune were very delicious. The sake was reasonably priced, and I think it shows considerable corporate effort to be able to offer it at this price. I will use it again when I visit Fukui.

I could tell that a lot of work had gone into each dish. Every dish we ordered was delicious and satisfying. The restaurant's exterior and interior are unique and the atmosphere is relaxing. I would like to use this restaurant again when I come to Fukui.

The omakase course has a pleasant rhythm to the sushi, and each piece is moist and full of flavor. The beautiful dishes, such as Echizen pottery, are a delight to the eyes as well. The spacious counter allows for a relaxed experience without worrying about the person next to you, and conversations with the craftsmen flow easily. I even received a cute souvenir on my way out, and I felt warm and welcomed until the very end.

It is easy to walk to from the station, and the spacious area with high ceilings is comfortable. The modern interior incorporating stone is stylish, allowing for a relaxing time. The set salad and soup are visually appealing and provide a satisfying experience. The minestrone has a rich flavor from the ingredients, reflecting the care taken in its preparation. The pasta with mushrooms and salmon is creamy with a rich cheese flavor, and the moderate acidity of the salmon pairs well with the texture of the mushrooms. You can also enjoy classic dishes like carrot rapé, egg mayonnaise, and mackerel and potato terrine, making it a casual place to visit whether alone or in a group.
