The popular "Yugiri Soba" is flavorful, with a refreshing yuzu flavor, and the dipping sauce has a delicious sweet taste with a low acidity. The tempura is fried crispy and has an irresistible crunchy texture without being greasy. The yuzu miso (soybean paste) on the zuke-tamago is outstandingly delicious and even better when eaten with the cucumber. Sobayu (buckwheat noodle soup) is also flavored with yuzu and has a refreshing aftertaste. The store's long-established feel and the atmosphere of Ohatsu Tenjin are also attractive. I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again to try the zuke-tamago.
