We carefully prepare fresh seasonal ingredients sourced from our local Aomori, using high-quality dashi and homemade seasonings, resulting in a natural and gentle flavor that harmonizes with the body. We listen closely to the voice of the ingredients, avoiding unnecessary additions, and draw out their umami, which is the style of Konmido. Please enjoy the 'daily feast' that embodies Tsugaru's food culture, along with the scenery of the dishes.

In the warm and inviting space of the renovated home, we offer a calm main dining area and private rooms for relaxation. Antique Imari ware, old lacquerware, and artisan tableware collected as a hobby are subtly arranged, enriching the dining experience. We also welcome inquiries about seating arrangements for family celebrations, large gatherings, and memorial services, tailored to your needs.

In 2012, we opened 'Konmido' in Higashioono, Aomori City. Since our opening, we have been loved by local customers as well as tourists visiting, thanks to our home-cooked dishes that utilize fresh local ingredients and our unchanging quality and heartfelt hospitality. We will continue to deliver a dish that connects the memories of Tsugaru to the next generation.

After studying at Tsuji Culinary Institute and a school in France, I trained at several Japanese restaurants in Tokyo. In 2012, I opened 'Konmido' in my hometown of Aomori. I cherish the warmth of home-cooked meals inherited from my mother, combining it with the skills and sensibilities I have honed through my studies, valuing the harmony of tradition and creativity. With kindness embodied in the dashi and homemade seasonings, and a dish that reflects the changing seasons, I gently evoke the 'memories of home' from Tsugaru—this is Ozaki's cuisine.
