It was amazing, just as the reviews said! It started with the chef's explanation, saying, 'You manage your own eel!'
I tried white grilled eel for the first time, and I had it with salt. It was fluffy and the texture was excellent. The portion was satisfying, with rice, miso soup, cold tofu, and tomato, and I could have as much rice as I wanted.
The exterior and interior both had a retro feel, which is irresistible for those who like it, haha.
After finishing my meal, I had to return my dishes to the kitchen myself, or I would get scolded, haha.
The drink style was also innovative, as I had to go to the second floor to get it myself!
