The owner purchases seasonal ingredients, so every dish is delicious. The sashimi platter in particular shows the owner's attention to detail, with dishes such as tuna tempura and cold yellowtail. The fact that even the wakame seaweed is carefully selected is a surprise. I was also told that the restaurant is particular about the wasabi, and that they put the wasabi on top of the soy sauce after dipping it in the soy sauce. This restaurant is wonderful! I would like to try the yellowtail shabu in winter. The food is cosy and satisfying. I would definitely go back to this restaurant.
