The choice of sauce or tartar was delicious. The miso soup with ara was warmed up by the broth in the sweet miso unique to Miyazaki Prefecture. The fish skin with grated momiji mushrooms was a delicious appetizer. Next time, I would like to visit again around the time of lobster.

The second day in Miyazaki, unfortunately, the weather was not so good, so we did not do any sightseeing, but went around for lunch. ☔️
We went to Nichinan Suisan, where you can grill seafood over a charcoal fire.
When placed on the net, the juice of the shellfish was bubbling over. The white clams were thick and delicious. The scent of the sea breeze was pleasant as we were by the sea.
I wish I could come back next time when the lobsters are in season 🦐.
By the way, after Isshin Sushi, we finished the meal with Kitcho Udon, which is rumored to be a favorite of Miyazaki residents. It was soft and gentle udon noodles. ♨️ It is a good one after drinking ◎
